1. Refund Eligibility:

 

1.1. Clients are eligible for a 100% refund for any online course purchased within 30 days of the purchase date.

1.2. The 30-day refund period commences from the date of purchase.

1.3. This policy applies exclusively to online courses and may not be extended to other services or offerings by Web3 & Metaverse Consulting.

 

2. Requesting a Refund:

 

2.1. To initiate a refund, the client must contact Web3 & Metaverse Consulting within the 30-day refund period.

2.2. Requests for refunds can be made through:

2.3. Upon receipt of the refund request, Web3 & Metaverse Consulting will verify the eligibility of the client based on the purchase date.

 

3. Refund Process:

 

3.1. Once the refund eligibility is confirmed, the refund will be processed.

3.2. The refund will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request.

3.3. The client will receive the full amount paid for the online course.

 

4. Exceptions to Refund Policy:

 

4.1. Refunds cannot be claimed for services beyond online courses, including but not limited to advisory, presentation, moderation, and coaching.

4.2. In cases where Web3 & Metaverse Consulting has to cancel or postpone a training, course, workshop, or other form of education, the agreed price will not be due by the client.

 

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

 

5.1. This refund policy shall be governed by Dutch law.

5.2. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this refund policy shall be adjudicated by the competent court in Rotterdam.
